The words where the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions will apply whether the words appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- App: MyQura App software.
- Service: All functionalities provided by MyQura.
- User: Individual using the app.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Service and set out the rights and obligations of all users.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of the Terms, You may not access the Service.
You confirm that you are over 18 years of age. The MyQura does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the MyQura. Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information when you use the Application or the Website and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. Account Registration

- Accounts may be suspended for policy violations.
Data Handling
- Users grant MyQura rights to process submitted data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Data backups are performed regularly but are not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
The content and functionality of MyQura App are the intellectual property of MyQura Ltd. and protected by copyright laws.
Liability
MyQura is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

User Accounts
When you create an account with Us, You must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
Your Right to INPUT PERSONAL DATA
Our Service allows you to input your data . You are responsible for the data that you input to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By imputing your data to the Service, You grant us the right and license to use such data on and through the Service. MyQura is not responsible for the content, or the privacy practices employed by other sites.
You represent and warrant that: (i) the data is Yours (You own it) or You have the right to use it and grant Us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the usage of your data on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.
Content/Data Backups
Although regular backups of Content/data are performed, MyQura does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data.
Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.
MyQura will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But you acknowledge that the MyQura has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.
You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content/Data in a location independent of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the MyQura and any of its stakeholders under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the services rendered to you by the MyQura via the APP.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MyQura or its stakeholders be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the MyQura or any stakeholder has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, MyQura, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and Non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice.
Without limitation to the foregoing, MyQura provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the MyQura nor any of the MyQura’s stakeholders makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the MyQura are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, time bombs or other harmful components.
Governing Law
These terms are made pursuant to the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and other relevant laws and regulations. Where any provision of our Terms and Conditions is deemed inconsistent with a law or regulation, such provision shall be subject to the overriding law or regulation.
Disputes Resolution
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the MyQura.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
MyQura reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice in writing prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
