1.2 Importance of Standardized Terminologies.
Standardized terminologies are essential in MyCare Assistant to ensure accurate communication, efficient care delivery, and high-quality client care. Consistent use of standardised terms reduces errors, improves client outcomes, and enhances the overall care experience.
2.0 TERMINOLOGIES
2.1 Staff Roles
- Care Support Associate (CSA):
CSA (Caregiver Profile): Caregivers assigned to provide direct care to clients.
CSA (Operations): Administrative staff supporting client-caregiver coordination and operational tasks.
- Telecare Field Nurse Supervisor (TFNS):Supervises nurses in the field, ensuring quality telecare services and adherence to care protocols.
- Telecare Specialist (TS):Handles remote health consultations, telehealth coordination, and virtual monitoring for clients.
- Telecare Nurse (TN): A licensed nurse providing direct telecare services, including consultations, follow-ups, and care monitoring.
- Telecare Nursing Assistant (TNA): Assists Telecare Nurses and Specialists with administrative tasks, routine virtual check-ins, and client support, enhancing the efficiency of telecare services.
- IT Support Executive (ITSE):Maintains digital platforms, troubleshoots technical issues, and supports software updates.
- Sales Executive (SE): Focuses on client acquisition, partner engagement, and promoting MyCare Assistant’s services and products.
- Administrative Executive (AE): Manages office operations, organizes schedules, and provides administrative support across departments.
2.2 Training & Development Roles
- Trainee (T): Individuals enrolled in MyCare Assistant’s training programs, either as caregivers or support professionals.
- Course Facilitator (CF): Trainers or instructors responsible for delivering the MyCare Assistant course curriculum.
- Care Internship: A structured program offering practical experience in caregiving, allowing trainees to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings, enhancing their skills and readiness for professional roles.
2.3 Documentation & Resources
- Caregiver CV: A detailed profile document outlining a caregiver’s qualifications, experience, and skills, designed to match them with appropriate client needs.
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): An official document issued by the Nigeria Police Force certifying an individual’s criminal record status, often required for employment, visa applications, or other official purposes.
- Police Background Check: A process conducted by the Nigeria Police Force to verify an individual’s criminal history, ensuring suitability for employment or other engagements requiring a clear legal standing.
2.4 MyQura App Terminologies
- Client Dashboard: The personalized interface for clients to manage their care plans, view schedules, and communicate with caregivers.
- Caregiver Dashboard: The platform where caregivers manage assigned tasks, log care activities, and access client care plans.
- Geo-Mapping Tool: A feature that matches caregivers to clients based on proximity and health needs.
- AI Care Plan Generator: An advanced tool that automatically updates and personalizes care plans based on client data and progress.
- Telecare Portal: The secure space for remote consultations, virtual follow-ups, and telehealth interactions.
- Wellness Insights: A feature that provides real-time analytics on client health trends, predictive care needs, and caregiver performance.
- Incident Report System (IRS): A reporting tool for documenting and managing any incidents during care services.
- Billing and Payments: A system for clients to view and process invoices, subscriptions, and payments for services.
